How to make the hotel reservation?

First have to choice city and then you can find your choosing hotel. After that let us know by email, phone, fax or use website's booking form - - Hotel name and city, room category (example-STD/SUP/DLX), Room Type (Single/Double/Triple), Check in date, check out date, number of rooms, number of person. If you have children please inform us age and number of children.

How can get booking confirmation?

After received your booking information, we check room ability in your choosing dates & hotel and if available room on the date if your choosing hotel, we make the booking in your choosing hotel and dates by your name or your prefer booking name. When we get confirmation from hotels after that we will send you, your booking confirmation voucher by email.

How can check in the hotel?

In your arrival airport tell to car driver of your hotel name and location. After come to the hotel you can keep your luggage or bags in bell boy counter and take a token from the bell boy. Then direct go to reception counter and show your passport or our confirmation voucher or tell your booking name and hotel receptionist will find your booking record. After get the room key, please tell to the hotel's bell boy of your room number and they will send your luggage in your room shortly.

When check in, hotel take any payment or bill?  

No, when check in the hotel -receptionist don't take any payment from you. Hotel's receptionist  will take from you only  a guarantee or security money or your credit card number only. This is refundable when you will be check out from the hotel. Hotel will give you a deposit security money slip. And when you check out, this slip please you show to cashier for refund. If you use something from your room hotel will charge you. N.B: But when you give them credit card they don't give any slip but they never take signature. This is just hotel's guarantee and security matter. But some of small 2 star hotel they don't take security money.

Why hotel take guarantee or security money although booked room through agent?

Maximum hotel take from guest security or guarantee money for in your room mini bar. If you use something from your room or broken something inside your room so hotel take security money for their own safety. This is refundable when check out from hotel. Please show your deposit slip to cashier and take your deposit cash. If you given credit card then also you can take that slip. And you can pay by cash if you have extra bill.

When and where have to pay room rent?

Have to pay room rent bill to Shonali Travel and Tours Ltd. Whenever confirmed the booking we will send you the hotel booking confirmation voucher with invoice. And you should to pay our net total price by bank transfer. Please follow of our payment policy.
